We work with young people aged between 10 and 16 on an interactive performance that is created by the participants themselves. These workshops cover 4 terms of work at 9 weeks per term. Our in-house facilitator and workshop assistant work with the group on team-building exercises, scriptwriting workshops, filming of monologues, and performance. The participants work on every aspect in the lead-up to the final performance which is then shown to their parents and friends at the end of the year.
To emphasise the rewards of collaborative teamwork through a process that involves exchanging ideas and the development of personal skills. In particular, authenticity, honesty, integrity, curiosity, empathy, personal responsibility, and work ethic.
To improve learning and development of new skills. Imagination and creativity are emphasised to reinforce self-assurance and belief in personal abilities and qualities.
To build confidence and self-assurance, and to work together to realise the successful conclusion of a project from start to finish.
