Dee first joined LRK in 2017 as acting Director of Programmes. She also worked as Project Manager with the organisation in 2018, co-ordinating the Waterford Youth Council Youth Awards. In Feb 2019 Dee rejoined LRK as DOP/Manager. Her background has seen her work with other arts and media organisations, including Garter Lane Arts Centre, Waterford Spraoi International Street Arts Festival & WLR fm.
Dee holds a degree in Community Education and Development.
Ben is one of the founders of Little Red Kettle Theatre Company.
He has written numerous plays for children, many with Liam Meagher, including "The Four Euclids of Squid” and “The Festival of Imagination and Wild Fancy" which represented Ireland in 2000 at the World Festival of Children’s Theatre in Toyama, Japan.
Ben’s most recent plays have included "The Girl that turned into a Deer", "There Might be Zombies", "The Alizar Tree", "Time Quest" and "A Big Loada Stuff". Along with writing and directing for Little Red Kettle Theatre, Ben also designs sets for all for the LRK productions.
